The CIGARBRO 3-in-1 Lighter is backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the mechanism of your CIGARBRO lighter. This warranty DOES NOT cover faults occurred from natural wear and tear, damages resulting from an accident, misuse, tampering, or the use of low-quality gas refills. - Our team will email you a claim number and address where to ship the lighter to.
- You must completely bleed the lighter of any lighter fluid and package it carefully. (Please note: We do not provide a pre-printed shipping label.)
- Once received, our team will assess and repair the lighter.
- It will then be shipped back to you and we'll email you a tracking number.
